Atheists in particular and secular humanists in general are a bunch of liars. They like to give the impression that their religion is the only true religion because it is based on quantifiable science.
One of their pet accusations is that people who are scientifically inclined do not embrace religion. It is for the stupid and gullible.
They would have us believe that what they believe is based on solid scientific evidence gained through the members of their religion which they claim is scientific.
Of course, there is not a shred of truth in this as the following facts reveal. Instead of being scientists, the luminaries of atheism and secular humanism are more like cultural barbarians.

The father of modern scientific method was Sir Francis Bacon.
The father of modern astronomy was Johannes Kepler.
The father of modern chemistry was Robert Boyle.
The law of gravity was discovered by Sir Isaac Newton.
The Barometer was invented by Blaise Pascal.
The electric Transformer, motor and generator was invented by Michael Faraday.
Electromagnetic theory was discovered by James Maxwell.
I could list another 50 men at the forefront of scientific discovery that were Christians.
Humanism on the contrary has produced very few notable scientists and scientific discoveries. Most of them work in the non scientific fields of philosophy, sociology, psychology, the humanities and behavioural studies.
Darwin’s theory of evolution gave them a peg to hang their hats on so that they could formulate a non scientific theology that would enable them to destroy organised, common sense society so that they could indulge their baser instincts free of all restraints. Doing this enabled them to deaden their conscience and allowed them to proclaim evil good and good evil.
Having got rid of God (or so they think) they have put man in his place, making him the sum total of all things. You have probably heard the New Age thinker say that they are god or you have god within you so you can make up the rules on the run to legitimise your barbarian instincts.
There is nothing scientific about atheism, secular humanism and all its offshoots. It is a total sham and a lie created by Satan which he is very good at. The end result is exactly as the bible says it would be when it states that Satan’s whole purpose is to steal, kill and destroy. Through atheism and secular humanism that is just what he has done.
Just one example will suffice. Abortion is one of the core beliefs of the religion of secular humanism which preaches the survival of the fittest. They throw up their hands in horror at war, but the fact is in the last century, more babies have been slaughtered than all the people killed in all the wars that took place.
If that is the ‘utopia’ that atheists promise us without God, may God have mercy on us.
